Experience

Jesús is part of the Tax practice area at Pérez-Llorca’s Madrid office, where he provides comprehensive advice to domestic and international clients on all kinds of tax matters, covering both direct and indirect taxation, with a particular focus on tax planning and regulatory compliance.

Within the field of tax practice, Jesús has been actively involved in advising taxpayers on proceedings before the various tax authorities, as well as in handling financial-administrative claims and contentious-administrative appeals before the courts at all levels.

He also has experience in the transactional field, having been involved in corporate restructuring and acquisition transactions, including designing and implementing efficient tax structures, the conducting due diligence and tax modelling. Furthermore, Jesús has experience in providing tax advice on property transactions, with a particular focus on structuring and implementing property investment vehicles under special tax regimes, such as SOCIMIs (Spanish REITs) or EDAVs.
