Joaquín Abril-Martorell García joined Pérez-Llorca in March 2018, having previously completed work experience as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.

Between 2022 and 2023, Joaquín worked as an international associate in the New York office of a multinational firm, where he took part in M&A and capital markets transactions, both within the US and internationally, with a specific focus on Latin American matters.

Joaquín mainly works in the areas of M&A and capital markets transactions, including listings on the stock exchange, takeover bids and capital increases for listed companies.

Joaquín provides ongoing advice to domestic and international clients, including private equity funds, investment banks, listed companies and financial institutions.
