Profile

Julián joined Pérez-Llorca as an associate in 2024. Prior to this, he worked in the firm’s Real Estate practice area as part of the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession, subsequently carrying out seats in the Corporate/M&A and Land Planning and Environment practice areas. He also carried out an internship in the legal department of the Bank of Spain. He completed his academic training at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he was a member of the Faculty Board, the University Senate and the latter’s Statutes Committee.

He speaks Spanish and English.

Since joining the firm, Julián has advised national and international investment funds and firms on various M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, with a particular focus on the private equity sector. He also regularly works on corporate law and corporate governance matters.

Previously, he provided support to the Corporate/Real Estate and Urban Planning and Environment teams.
