Lucía joined Pérez-Llorca in January 2019 after working for four years in the Corporate Law – M&A and Capital Markets practice of a Big Four firm. She previously worked in the Corporate department of a Spanish firm.

Studies:

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Lucía specialises in corporate law, especially in mergers & acquisitions and the restructuring of companies and business groups, having advised on a wide range of national and international transactions.

Lucía also has experience in capital market transactions, including listings on the stock exchange, capital increases for listed companies and fixed income transactions, as well as advising listed companies on corporate governance.
