Luisa joined Pérez-Llorca as an associate in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, she also completed an internship in Pérez-Llorca’s Intellectual Property and Technology and Corporate/M&A practices, and worked in the legal department of a well-known company.

Experience
Luisa currently works in the Insurance and Reinsurance practice area, where she is involved in advising clients on M&A transactions involving insurance and reinsurance companies and insurance brokers.
Prior to this, Luisa worked in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice area, advising clients on intellectual property, data protection and e-commerce.
She was also part of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice area, where she advised clients on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, investment rounds and corporate governance.
