Maria joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. She completed her seats in the firm’s Corporate/M&A, Intellectual Property and Technology and Competition Law practices.

Studies:

• 2024 — Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and the Public Prosecutor’s Office and Digital Law, Universidad de Navarra.
• 2023 — Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), King’s College London.
• 2023 — Degree in Law, Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

She speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and French.

Experience

Maria is currently working in Pérez-Llorca’s Competition and Antitrust Litigation practice area. She advises national and international clients in relation to conduct constituting cartels, vertical agreements which restrict competition, unfair competition and other competition infringements. Additionally, she advises on antitrust damages claims.

Previously, Maria was involved in advising national and international clients on corporate sale and purchase transactions, as well as on corporate law, corporate governance and capital markets matters. She has also worked in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice area, advising clients on intellectual property, data protection and e-commerce.
