María joined Pérez-Llorca as an associate in 2025, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. She completed her seats in the firm’s Corporate/M&A, Intellectual Property and Technology and Competition Law practices.

Experience

María currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area, where she advises both domestic and international clients in various sectors, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, as well as matters related to securities, corporate law, corporate governance, and venture capital.

Previously, she was involved in advising on anti-competitive conduct, unfair competition and litigation relating to damages arising from breaches of competition law. She has also worked in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice area, advising clients on intellectual property, data protection and e-commerce.
