Mariana joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 as a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice area. Throughout her career, she has focused her work on M&A and private equity transactions, as well as corporate reorganisations, advising clients in various sectors, with particular emphasis on energy, natural resources and infrastructure.

Studies

• 2022 — Postgraduate degree in Energy Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesal.
• 2016 — Degree in Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, she worked at one of the most reputable Portuguese law firms in the Corporate and M&A area, where she was also part of the energy and natural resources group. Previously, she worked at a leading law firm, focusing on transactional matters.

She also joined a leading renewable energy production company in Singapore on a secondment basis. During this period, she was part of the Legal M&A team and provided legal advice on cross-border transactions and joint ventures in various markets in the APAC region.
