Marta joined Pérez-Llorca in October 2025. Prior to this, she worked in the Corporate/M&A department of the Madrid office of well-known international and national firms.

• 2020 — Diploma in International Business Law, Universidad de Navarra.
• 2020 — Diploma in Anglo-American Law, Universidad de Navarra.

She speaks Spanish, English and French.

Experience

Marta works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. She has experience advising Spanish and international clients from different sectors on general aspects of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, strategic alliances and corporate law matters. She has also assisted companies with restructuring processes and financing operations.

Marta was on secondment at the legal department of a major company in the digital infrastructure sector, where she provided legal advice on various corporate matters.
