Profile
Marta Iranzo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 as Of Counsel for the Employment practice area.
Prior to this, Marta was a partner in the employment law practice area of a Spanish firm and has 22 years of experience in advising multinational companies and groups.
Studies:
- 1994 Master’s degree in Employment Relationships, CEPYME
- 1993 Prepared for competitive state exams for the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities
- 1990 Degree in Law, Universidad Complutense de Madrid
She speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Marta is an expert in individual negotiations and collective bargaining, legal proceedings before labour and contentious-administrative courts, Social Security, occupational risk prevention, work-life balance rights, equality plans, fundamental rights and international assignments, among others.
Academic and publishing collaborations
Marta has taught for the Master’s degree in Law at the IE Law School, the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and was a speaker at IESE’s Women Board Members Programme and at the CEU and CEF business schools.
She has contributed to several joint publications, including “El Anuario Laboral para Abogados” (Ed. La Ley) and “El Estatuto de los Trabajadores comentado y con jurisprudencia” (Ed. La Ley).
