Profile
Marta joined Pérez-Llorca in December 2018. Before joining Pérez-Llorca, she worked in the Labour Law department of a Big Four firm and a Spanish firm.

Experience
Marta specialises in labour law and social security. She has experience advising both individuals and Spanish and multinational companies, on matters such as ongoing labour law issues, planning and executing restructurings and collective measures, advising senior management, claims before the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities, national and international (expatriation) social security and establishing foreign companies in Spain.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Marta lectures for the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Instituto de Empresa and has spoken at the Galician Entrepreneurs’ Confederation (CEG) on “New developments for the mobility of workers and companies”.
