Profile

Pablo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Pablo worked in the M&A department of a well-known Spanish law firm, as well as in the legal department of different national and international public bodies.

Experience

Pablo works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area, where he advises both national and international clients on all types of corporate and commercial matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and advising investment funds and start-ups on investment round processes. Pablo has also been involved in a number of acquisition finance and project finance transactions.
