Pablo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Pablo completed work experience in a Spanish firm.

Experience

Pablo is part of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice, where he advises national and international clients on all types of insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings, including debt refinancing and restructuring transactions.

Previously, he worked in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors practice, where he advised on public procurement, administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, as well as on commercial transactions and financing with an administrative component. He also worked in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice area, where he took part in all types of civil and commercial proceedings before Spanish courts and tribunals, as well as in domestic and international arbitration.
