Paula joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022. Prior to this, she worked for a nationally recognised specialised law firm and major consultancy firms.

Studies:

• 2020 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession with a specialisation in Employment Law and Human Resources, ESADE – Universidad Ramon Llull
• 2019 Degree in Law, ESADE – Universidad Ramon Llull

She speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Experience

Paula is specialised in employment and social security law. She has experience providing ongoing legal advice to domestic and international clients on matters such as dismissals, formalisation of contracts, business restructurings, collective bargaining and labour inspections.

She has also represented clients before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, as well as in legal proceedings concerning employment-related matters.
