Pedro joined Pérez-Llorca as a lawyer in 2025, after having worked in the Competition Law team of one of the country’s leading law firms. He advises domestic and foreign clients and was a stagiare at the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Experience

Currently, Pedro’s main focus is on complex litigation, particularly with competition law implications. He advises clients on claims for damages arising from anti-competitive conduct. In addition, he has experience in contentious-administrative litigation related to competition authority rulings, as well as in civil disputes concerning unfair competition and trade secrets issues.

Previously, Pedro worked in the Competition Law departments of two of the country’s leading law firms.
