Profile

Pilar Martí joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 from the indirect tax department of a Big Four firm, where she had been working for a year.

Studies:

• 2023 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Tax Law, IE Law School
• 2021 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad Complutense de Madrid

She speaks Spanish, English and French.

Experience

Pilar works as a lawyer in Pérez-Llorca’s Tax practice area, where she advises both domestic and international clients on direct and indirect taxation matters.

Pilar also contributes to the firm’s tax litigation practice, having participated in both economic-administrative and contentious matters before the tax authorities.

During her career, she has worked on preparing VAT taxation reports, advising on proceedings before the tax authorities and before the economic-administrative courts and the ordinary courts, as well as participating in M&A transactions in the field of value added tax.
