Ricard Pérez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Ricard also worked at a Big Four firm before joining Pérez-Llorca full time.

Studies:

• 2024 — Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy and Management, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (ESADE).

He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Experience

Ricard works in the Barcelona office’s Tax practice area, participating in M&A and real estate transactions (NPLs, EDAVs and SOCIMIS portfolios), advising on acquisitions, divestments and restructurings, as well as advising on international taxation, M&A insurance and special regimes, among others.

Ricard also provides tax guidance to resident and non-resident companies and partners on direct and indirect taxes, including remuneration and incentive schemes.
