Profile
Rita joined Pérez-Llorca as a lawyer in 2024 in Corporate and M&A. In her professional career Rita has focused her work on M&A and private equity transactions, corporate governance and corporate law, advising clients in various sectors, namely private equity.
Studies:
- 2011 Graduate in Law by Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal
- 2012 Master in Law and Business by Lisbon School of Business & Economics and Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica de Lisboa, Portugal

Rita is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Experience
Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Rita was a senior associate in Corporate, M&A and Private Equity at one of the largest Portuguese law firms in Lisbon, and previously worked at an international Law Firm in Lisbon in Banking and Finance.
In her professional career, Rita has advised both foreign and domestic clients from various activity sectors such as real estate, industrial and shopping centres, mainly in M&A, private equity and corporate finance transactions. Rita has also provided legal advice in matters of day-to-day corporate law and commercial agreements.
