Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé is a partner in the Legal Tech and Digital Transformation practice at Pérez-Llorca since 2025.

She has more than 18 years of experience in the field of digital transformation and innovation in the legal sector. Throughout her career, she has led strategic projects in international firms and technology companies, focusing on the digitisation of legal processes, document automation, the design and implementation of legal tools and work methodologies focused on efficiency and the client. Her multidisciplinary approach, which combines law, technology and change management, allows her to provide innovative solutions to the challenges of the legal sector, helping to position Pérez-Llorca as a leading firm in legal innovation.

Experience

Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Sara worked at leading international law firms and technology companies, where she headed up innovation and digital transformation departments. She has spearheaded initiatives in legal operations, legal process automation, data analysis, and technology-based legal solution design.

At Pérez-Llorca, she is responsible for defining and implementing the firm’s global innovation strategy. Her responsibilities include integrating advanced technological tools, improving internal processes, managing knowledge, and developing solutions that optimise the provision of legal services to clients.

Her experience also includes working with multidisciplinary teams in complex environments, and leading cultural and digital change projects in legal organisations.

Sara has participated as a speaker at national and international seminars and conferences on legal innovation, digital transformation in law firms, legaltech and agile methodologies applied to the legal sector.

She regularly collaborates with business schools, universities and specialised forums, providing training on digital strategy, change management in legal organisations and the impact of technology on the practice of law.
