Tomás Pelayo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. He carried out seats in the firm’s Corporate/M&A and Regulatory Law practice areas. Prior to this, he worked in the Regulatory Law practice at a prestigious international firm.

Experience

Tomás currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. Since joining the firm, he has advised on corporate law, corporate governance and capital markets matters, as well as on the sale and purchase of companies and assets, and on mergers, spin-offs and demergers.

During his seats, he was involved in providing legal advice in different regulated sectors, particularly in transactions related to commercial transactions and project finance with an administrative component.
