Round table discussion: ‘Legal scenarios arising from the various objections raised against the renewable energy reform’


On 28 June, Pérez-Llorca will hold a round table discussion at its headquarters in Madrid, which will examine the various legal scenarios that have arisen following the recent renewable energy reform.

The discussion will receive input from Gerardo Codes, Director of Global Legal Services for Regulation and Corporate Affairs at Iberdrola, José Antonio García, Principal of The Brattle Group, and our partner in the Administrative and Regulated Sectors practice and State Advocate on leave of absence, Juan Rodríguez Cárcamo. The discussion will be moderated by Marina Serrano, Of Counsel at Pérez-Llorca and former commissioner of the National Energy Commission (CNE, Comisión Nacional de Energía).

The event will run from 9:15 am to 11:00 am in the Auditorium at Pérez-Llorca’s Madrid headquarters, located at Paseo de la Castellana, 50.
