New ‘Pérez-Llorca Labour Law Update’ Seminar

On 3 October, the Pérez-Llorca Labour law team will hold another 'Pérez-Llorca Labour Law Update' seminar.

As is customary, Daniel Cifuentes and Fernando Ruiz, Partners at Pérez-Llorca, will review the latest labour judgments. This third session of 2017 will pay special attention to the recent judgment of the European Court of Human Rights on an employer’s power to monitor and control, and its practical application in the day-to-day business.
Natalia Martos, Counsel of Privacy, IP/IT and Digital Business at Pérez-Llorca, and Sara de Román Pérez, Senior Associate in the same area, will then analyse the obligations arising from the new European Data Protection Regulation as they pertain to labour matters.
The seminar will run from 9:15 am to 10:45 am on 3 October, in the Auditorium at our Madrid headquarters located at Paseo de la Castellana, 50.
