On 12 July 2022, the Council of the European Union (the “EU”) adopted the decision (the “Decision”) on the accession (the “Accession”) of the EU to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgements in Civil or Commercial Matters dated 2 July 2019, under the auspices of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (the “Convention”).
