The Spanish Data Protection Agency publishes the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan on Responsible Innovation and Defense of Dignity in the Digital Age

The Spanish Data Protection Agency (the “AEPD”) has released its 2025 – 2030 Strategic Plan, entitled “Responsible Innovation and the Defence of Dignity in the Digital Age” (the “Plan”). This initiative sets out a multi-year agenda that focuses on safeguarding fundamental rights, anticipating regulatory challenges, and promoting responsible technological innovation in rapidly evolving digital environments.
