Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair

The Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair is a joint initiative between IE Law School and Pérez-Llorca. It is a unique agreement that benefits from the expert knowledge of an academic institution and the experience of a professional law firm, focusing on the field of commercial law. It promotes research and the dissemination of specialised knowledge in this area and related disciplines from an international perspective.

Cátedra Pérez-Llorca/IE

This project focuses on the practice of law both at a national and an international level and first-rate professionals are chosen as speakers for the seminars and workshops. Among these speakers are prominent figures from the academic world as well as judges, senior judges and ministers who delve into and reflect on current legal issues, their practical importance and their legal scope. Since its creation in 2010, the Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair has held numerous seminars and workshops at an international level thanks to the international expansion of both establishments. Since 2016, the project has expanded globally thanks to the support of Pérez-Llorca’s offices abroad (in London and New York).
