Personal data requested from a candidate will be included in a personal data file for processing. Pérez-Llorca Abogados, S.L.P. (“Pérez-Llorca”), whose registered office is at Paseo de la Castellana 50, 28046 Madrid, will be responsible for such processing.
Pérez-Llorca will process your data solely for the purposes of assessing the suitability of your candidacy for a job at the firm, as well as for the correct development and follow-up of its recruitment processes.
The lawful basis for processing your data is your consent.
Given that the firm has a presence in different countries, and that the process of evaluating applications is centralised, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred to other companies in the group located within or outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), with the aim of allowing the recruitment process to be conducted correctly. The group’s companies which could currently be recipients of such a transfer of data are the following: Perez-Llorca UK LLP and Pérez-Llorca US LLP.
Pérez-Llorca will handle your personal data while the recruitment process in which you are participating is active. At the end of the process, your data will be retained for a period of 3 years so you can be considered for future processes. At the end of this period, your data will be deleted.
You may object to the processing of your data at any time, but such objection would lead to you being excluded from the recruitment process.
You will also be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by means of the following email address email@example.com, providing a copy of your passport or equivalent document.
