Leonor joined Pérez-Llorca in 2025 as a lawyer in the Employment, Compensation and Benefits department of the Lisbon office.

Before joining Pérez-Llorca, she was an associate lawyer in the Employment Law department of a Portuguese law firm.

Studies:

• 2022 Master’s degree in Administrative Law, Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa
• 2020 Degree in Law, Faculty of Law of the Universidade de Lisboa

She speaks Portuguese and English.

Experience

Leonor’s experience has focused on providing day-to-day employment law advice to both individuals and businesses on a wide range of employment law issues.

Leonor also has experience in handling collective dismissal and redundancy procedures.

She also has experience in employment audits and due diligence, as well as disciplinary procedures, employment litigation, public employment issues and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
