Lorenzo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020 in the Corporate/Regulatory practice area. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a well-known international law firm and a well-known Spanish law firm.

Lorenzo currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Public Law and Regulatory practices

Lorenzo’s experience since joining Pérez-Llorca has mainly focused on advising national and international companies on issues related to the Energy and Natural Resources sector. To this end, Lorenzo advises on transactions and project finance in the energy sector and in other sectors subject to special public control or supervision. Lorenzo is also specialised in advising on contractual issues related to the Energy and Natural Resources sector, as well as in advising on proceedings before the Public Administrations and before the contentious-administrative courts.
