Order TED/966/2026 implements the provision contained in Article 14.5 of Law 24/2013 of 26 December on the Electricity Sector (“LSE”), and regulates the requirements for participating as a capacity service provider, the conditions for the provision of the service, the auction procedures, as well as its remuneration and financing arrangements.
