Natalia joined Pérez-Llorca’s Land Planning practice area in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Real Estate and Public Law departments of a renowned international law firm and a national law firm.

Studies:

2015 – Degree in Law with a Specialisation in Economics, Universidad de Deusto

Experience

Natalia works in Pérez-Llorca’s Land Planning practice area, and has solid experience advising on new trends in the real estate market linked to territorial planning, such as co-living, build to rent, and data centres, among others.

Her work focuses on providing legal advice to both national and international companies (including investment funds, developers, financial institutions, construction companies and real estate groups) as well as to public administrations and urban planning bodies.

Within this framework, her practice encompasses:

  • Urban planning and management: taking part in drafting, analysing and processing, revision and analysis of urban planning and management instruments such as General Plans, Partial Plans, Special Plans, Replotting Projects and Urban Development Projects.
  • Urban planning discipline: processing and obtaining the necessary licences and authorisations for the start-up and execution of projects (including urban planning, environmental and administrative permits).
  • Urban analysis: reports assessing the land planning situation of land and assets, analysing applicable land planning parameters, the status of licences, existing risks and the feasibility of changes of use.
  • Real estate transactions: purchase and sale of real estate within Spanish territory, relating to land, buildings under construction or completed assets, aimed at their enhancement, refurbishment or rehabilitation, and with a high degree of land planning complexity (e.g. changes of use, protection of historical heritage, rights of first refusal, easements, and other sectoral issues).

Academic and publishing collaborations

  • Degree in Management and Public Administration at the Public University of Barcelona (UB), (academic year 2021).

In addition, she has contributed to the following articles:
