Compilation of judicial criteria

This publication brings together the criteria set out by the main judicial districts in Spain regarding the appropriate means of dispute resolution under Organic Law 1/2025, of 2 January, on measures for the efficiency of the Public Justice Service (“OL 1/2025”).

These criteria should be understood as being valid as of the date of publication, but they may be superseded, repealed or amended by other judicial bodies.
