Carlos Mercadal joined Pérez-Llorca in 2017, having completed a summer internship at the firm in 2016 and at an international law firm in 2015. Between 2022 and 2023, Carlos worked as an international associate in the New York office of the US firm, where he was involved in US and international equity and debt capital markets transactions.
