Francisco Javier joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. He gained experience as part of the firm’s seat programme in the Restructuring, Real Estate and Corporate/M&A practice areas. Prior to this, Francisco Javier worked in the Corporate/M&A practice at a prestigious international firm.

Experience

Francisco Javier currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. Since joining the firm, he has advised on corporate law, corporate governance, co-investment and restructuring agreements, as well as on the sale and purchase of companies and assets, and on mergers, spin-offs and demergers.
