Norma Peña i Bagés joined Pérez-Llorca in March 2017 as a partner of the Tax practice area. She previously worked at various prestigious national and international firms.
Studies:
- 2001 Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Law, Universidad Ramón LLull (ESADE), Barcelona.
She speaks Spanish, Catalan and English, and has oral and written comprehension of French.
Experience
Norma has broad experience advising on cross-border and domestic M&A and real estate transactions, the financing of acquisitions, corporate and financial restructurings and capital markets. She also has extensive experience advising on international tax, tax proceedings and litigation.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Norma has been a lecturer at ESADE, and for the Master’s Degree in International Law at Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE). She has also been involved with the Master’s Degree in Labour Law at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
