Pablo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024. Prior to joining, he worked at two prestigious international firms, in offices in Madrid and Luxembourg.

Studies:

• 2018 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Law in Regulated Sectors (specialisation in banking and financial regulation), Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
• 2017 Joint honours degree in Law and Business Administration, CUNEF

He speaks Spanish, English and French.

Experience

Pablo specialises in banking and finance law, as well as debt capital markets law. He has participated in syndicated and bilateral loans, investment fund financings, real estate asset financings, acquisitions of companies and business groups, as well as construction and/or infrastructure acquisition financings.

Pablo also has experience in bond issuances, securitisations and different types of debt restructurings.

He has advised a wide range of clients, including fund managers, banks, foreign investors and large national and international groups.
