Ramón joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2024. Prior to this, he completed an internship in a prestigious national law firm and in the legal department of a US multinational.
Studies:
- 2025 — Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Public Prosecutor’s Office, Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
- 2023 — Degree in Law and Diploma in International Business Law, Universidad de Navarra.
He speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Ramón has also worked in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice area, advising national and international clients on intellectual property, data protection and the regulation of artificial intelligence and digital platforms. His experience includes advising on public policy and management of administrative procedures, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and pre-litigation advice.
He has also worked in the firm’s Corporate/M&A department, where he has been involved in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and corporate governance transactions, as well as advising on corporate and contractual matters, and in the White Collar Crime department, where he has been involved in advising on economic crime, international sanctions, criminal compliance programmes and internal investigations within national and international companies.
