Partners Desk Executive

In the Finance Department we are looking for a Partners’ Desk Executive to coordinate and manage all processes related to the remuneration and tax obligations of the partners in Spain, Portugal and the rest of the non-LATAM subsidiaries. In this role you will report directly to the head of the Partners’ Desk and will work closely with various internal and external departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

 

  • Degree in Business Administration or double degree with Business Administration.
  • Three to five years’ experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the professional services sector.
  • A very high level of English.
  • Ability to interact with different departments and partners.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools (preferably SAP), BI, AI and advanced Excel.
  • Tax knowledge would be considered an asset.
  • Autonomous, proactive, team-oriented person with good interpersonal skills.

 

Role

 

  • Apply the internal rules on partner remuneration: corporate structure, articles of association, payment regulations and other applicable rules.
  • Coordinating accounting, employment law, tax and insurance tasks with Business Services’ internal departments (accounting, subsidiaries, legal, tax and HR).
  • Managing, alongside the treasury team, the payment of the partners’ remuneration, including the resolution of incidents and ad hoc financing campaigns.
  • Coordinating personal income tax and VAT campaigns with partners to ensure compliance with their tax obligations.
  • Collaborating with external agencies for bookkeeping and filing taxes, as well as tax auditing procedures.
  • Participating in automating partner-related processes in ERP, financial modelling, BI and AI tools.
  • Supporting partners’ onboarding and offboarding processes.
