Pérez-Llorca was one of the honourees at the “Global Legal Awards” ceremony held by the North American publication The American Lawyer.
Pérez-Llorca, one of the advisors on the Coca-Cola bottlers merger between Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgeträke AG, was recognised as an honouree given that this transaction was chosen as “Global M&A Deal of the Year: Europe”.
Iván Delgado, Resident Partner at Pérez-Llorca’s New York office, attended the ceremony, which was held last on 26 October 2016 at the Gotham Hall in Manhattan, in representation of the entire team from the Firm which participated in this transaction.
