Rodrigo Turcios joined Pérez-Llorca in November 2020. Prior to this, he worked in the Corporate department at the Madrid office of an international firm and gained work experience in two other prestigious firms.

Experience
Rodrigo works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. He has experience advising Spanish and international clients from different sectors on general aspects of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and corporate law. He has also assisted companies with restructuring processes and financing operations.
