Alberto joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2021 after working in the Corporate/M&A practice in the Madrid office of a renowned international firm.

Experience
Alberto is currently working as a lawyer in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice, advising national and international clients on all types of corporate and commercial matters, and especially in relation to mergers & acquisitions. He has experience in drafting due diligence reports, drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase and sale agreements, capital increases and reductions, the incorporation and restructuring of companies, as well as in general corporate matters.
