Alejandro Pacios Delgado joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.
He previously worked at a prestigious international firm and undertook work experience at the Spanish High Court.

Experience
Alejandro is specialised in employment and social security law. He has experience providing ongoing legal advice to domestic and international clients on dismissals, execution of contracts, corporate restructuring, collective bargaining, labour inspections and internal investigations within companies.
He has also represented clients before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, before the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities, as well as in various stages of judicial labour proceedings in matters such as dismissals, violations of fundamental rights, substantial modifications to working conditions, job classification, claims for payment and challenges of administrative acts.
