Buenaventura joined Pérez-Llorca in 2015 and is part of the Litigation and Arbitration team. Buenaventura’s professional experience focuses on commercial litigation before the Spanish courts and tribunals, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.

Studies:

Experience

Buenaventura works in Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation and Arbitration practice area, on both civil and commercial matters. Buenaventura has experience in both domestic and international litigations, on matters related to insolvency, insurance, civil liability, banking and leasing, among others.

Furthermore, Buenaventura has experience in insolvency proceedings, representing both creditors and insolvent parties in rescissory actions, as well as settlement processes. He also has experience providing pre-insolvency advice.
