Profile
Cristina García joined Pérez-Llorca in April 2018 after having worked for a year at the Madrid office of an international law firm where she formed part of the Public Law, Regulated Sectors and Energy team. She gained experience in litigation before the public administrations and in collaborative economy, public procurement and energy.
She completed her work experience for the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession in the Public Law and Planning area at the Madrid office of a national firm.
Studies:
- 2021 Master’s degree in Energy Law, Enerclub (Madrid)
- 2016 Joint Master’s degree in Corporate Law (LL.M.) (Bilingual) and for Access to the Legal Profession, IE Law School (Madrid)
- 2015 Degree in Law with a specialisation in Economics, Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao)
She speaks Spanish, Basque and English.
Experience
Cristina specialises in Administrative Law and Regulated Sectors, particularly in Energy and Natural Resources, litigation and public procurement.
She regularly advises national and international companies on:
- Public procurement and court claims for both administrative and contentious-administrative courts.
- Regulatory matters related to financing projects and transactions in the Energy sector.
