Ignasi Montesinos Oliva joined Pérez-Llorca in 2018 after several years of experience in various prestigious international firms.

Experience
Ignasi has worked on numerous M&A, real estate and corporate/financial restructuring transactions, advising on structuring acquisitions, divestments and preparatory-for sale transactions, financing transactions and negotiating the sale and purchase agreements. He has worked for many international private equity funds and financial investors, as well as for many industrial groups.
He also has extensive experience providing tax advice to large companies on matters such as international taxation, capital markets, tax modelling and special tax regimes
