Jaime joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022. Prior to this, he worked at a well-known Chilean law firm where he specialised in corporate law, M&A and investment funds.

Jaime specialises in commercial law. He has provided ongoing advice on commercial, corporate and contractual matters to domestic and international clients and has taken part in investment processes, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings at both a local and cross-border level.
