Profile
José Ricardo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2018 to complete work experience as part of his Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, after which he became Corporate/M&A lawyer at the Firm. Prior to this, José Ricardo worked in the Litigation and Criminal Procedural practices at a national firm.

Experience
Since joining the Corporate/M&A team at Pérez-Llorca, José Ricardo has advised different kinds of domestic and international clients (listed companies and entities, financial institutions, industrial groups, financial investors and various funds) on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions.
In addition, he has taken part in a number of corporate transactions, particularly with regard to the increase and reduction of capital, and the incorporation and restructuring of companies, as well as in general company and corporate governance matters.
José Ricardo has also advised domestic and international clients on matters relating to commercial contracts and has collaborated with entities in the debt issuance process.
