Profile
Marta joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, Marta completed work experience in the tax practice of a renowned Spanish firm, and in the Fund Services department of a major international firm.
Studies:
- 2019 Degree in Law and Diploma in Business Law, Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF)
- 2020 Master’s degree in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations, Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE)
- 2020 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (ISDE – UC3M)
Marta has completed various courses on Law at internationally renowned universities such as Columbia Law School (New York, USA), The London School of Economics in collaboration with Beijing University (Beijing, China) and Trinity College (Dublin, Ireland).
She speaks Spanish and English.

Marta is currently working in the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice area. She has also taken part in Real Estate transactions.
