Profile
Nicolás joined Pérez-Llorca towards the end of 2022. Prior to this, he worked as an associate in a British law firm with a presence in Spain and in a well-known Spanish law firm, always in the area of Corporate/M&A law.
Studies:
- 2016 Joint Master’s degree in Corporate Law (Bilingual), and for Access to the Legal Profession, IE Law School, Madrid.
- 2015 Joint honours degree in Law and Business Administration, ICADE – Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid.
He speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Nicolás has experience in a wide range of corporate matters and transactions related to corporate advice, with a particular focus on M&A, joint ventures and private equity. He has been particularly involved in transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, as an advisor to investment funds and other domestic and international clients.
