Paula joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2022. Prior to this, she worked at a prestigious international firm.

Experience
Paula currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice. In particular, she has advised insurance entities and financial institutions on corporate and commercial matters, the sale and purchase of companies, bancassurance alliances and W&I insurance. She has also advised on various regulatory issues in the financial sector, including regulatory compliance for banks, insurance and reinsurance distribution and interpreting insurance contracts.
Paula currently collaborates within the team on the regulatory and case law reviews of greatest interest to the sector. In addition, Paula completed her Master’s degree studies with a research project on underwriting insurance representations and warranties in the purchase and sale of companies, for which she received an honourable mention.
