In the Finance Department we are looking for a Partners’ Desk Executive to coordinate and manage all processes related to the remuneration and tax obligations of the partners in Spain, Portugal and the rest of the non-LATAM subsidiaries. Technical Support Officer

The Technical Support Officer is responsible for providing high quality technical support to VIP users and other employees, ensuring that their systems and applications are running efficiently. This role includes troubleshooting, installation and configuration of software and hardware, as well as training and ongoing technical support.

Requirements

The Senior SAP FICO Analyst will play a key role in the management, configuration and enhancement of the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within our S/4HANA (RISE) system. Role

Organising and coordinating firm administration and procedures while providing executive assistance to our Monterrey partner and the assigned team of lawyers. Duties will include greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, purchasing office supplies, and handling maintenance, post, deliveries, supplies, equipment, invoices and errands. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and scheduling meetings, agendas and travel management.
  • Assisting with invoicing and other administrative tasks.
  • Organising office operations and procedures.
  • Supervising and maintaining the office supplies inventory (managing all service companies to ensure the smooth running of the office).
  • Receiving and providing general support for visits.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to organise events.

Litigation Lawyer for our Lisbon Office

We are looking for a lawyer for our litigation area in the Lisbon office.

Requirements

  • Law degree.
  • Between 5 and 8 years (post-joining the bar) of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Experience in criminal/administrative cases may also be valued.
  • Native level of portuguese.
  • A high level of English is essential.
  • A good level of Spanish is valued.
  • The ideal candidate will be looking to join a law firm with international scope, and be motivated to grow professionally with our firm and progress in their career.
